Therapy that sees the whole person
Your emotions, relationships, physical well-being, and everyday experiences all belong in the conversation. At Better Bee Therapy and Wellness, therapy offers space to understand those connections and find practical ways to feel more grounded, connected, and supported.

Meet Ashley Krzywicki, LMFT
Owner and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
With more than 15 years of experience, I help individuals, couples, teens, and families navigate stress, emotional challenges, and seasons of change. I offer a warm, collaborative space where your experiences are met with curiosity and care.
My integrative approach
I use a collaborative, strength-based approach to therapy that recognizes the connection between your mind, body, relationships, and everyday life. Together, we explore how your thoughts, emotions, physical experiences, and daily rhythms influence how you feel; with care shaped around your needs, values, and circumstances.
I combine therapeutic tools with a whole-person perspective. Depending on your goals, our work may include grounding and mindfulness practices, understanding how stress shows up in your body, strengthening relationships, or exploring how sleep, nourishment, and movement fit into your emotional well-being.
We choose strategies that feel useful and manageable for you, at a pace that respects your comfort and resources. My goal is to help you understand yourself more fully, feel more connected, and make meaningful changes in your life. When medical or individualized nutrition concerns arise, we can discuss involving an appropriately qualified professional.
